Part of The Bicester Collection, La Vallée Village doesn't do ordinary. Nestled within the charming landscape of the Île\-de\-France region, just east of Paris, our open\-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The *Retail Operations* team is hiring a *Senior Retail Operations Manager*.

The role

In this role, you will drive retail performance and operational excellence across La Vallée Village. You will lead cross\-functional workflows, support retail teams and brand partners, and deliver impactful people, client experience and operational initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the Village’s commercial success and the quality of experience delivered to our guests and brands every day.

Location: *La Vallée Village, Île\-de\-France — on site*

Starting minimum salary: 63 000 € gross per annum

This is a maternity cover contract

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • *Lead team coordination and workflow management, overseeing the Retail Operations Coordinator and Retail Coordinator*

  • *Drive talent development and people engagement, organising Talent Days, large\-scale internal events and the Brand Ambassador Programme*

  • *Own retail tools, systems and compliance, acting as primary contact for Global Blue, Planet and Tax Free innovations*

  • *Proven experience in retail operations, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools*

  • *Strong project management and cross\-functional leadership skills*
