Are you passionate about identifying new growth opportunities and bringing retail concepts to life? As Senior Expansion Manager Retail (all genders) , you will drive our store expansion strategy across Europe, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe, from market analysis and site selection to lease negotiations and store openings.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities through market, competitor, and location analysis.


• Source and assess retail properties in collaboration with landlords, brokers, and developers.


• Develop business cases, revenue forecasts, and project budgets for new store openings.


• Negotiate lease agreements and maintain strong relationships with landlords and real estate partners.

Manage store opening projects, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high\-quality execution.

• Your Profile


• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.


• 5\+ years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, site development, or real estate.


• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in location and feasibility assessments.


• Proven project management and negotiation skills.


• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, in particular to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
