Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy and Famous new fine dining establishment Michelin Star awarded, in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, servers, and kitchen personnel, ensuring smooth operational flow
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high\-quality standards
- Manage the entire service experience, from welcoming guests to ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Implement and uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards in accordance with legal requirements
- Coordinate food production activities, including menu planning and inventory management
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
- Monitor financial performance by controlling costs and maximising revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across all areas of the restaurant
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Experience in hospitality service roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Demonstrated capability in team management and staff development
- Background in Michelin Star settings is desirable for the role
- Personal qualities including professionalism, adaptability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Pay: £50,000\.00\-£55,000\.00 per year
