Residential Team Leader
Location: Fylde coast \| Salary: Upto £38,482 \| Hours: Flexible shifts (work 1/3 of the year)

The Role
Lead a team in delivering high\-quality care in a residential setting. You’ll ensure children’s needs are met through effective care plans, a nurturing environment, and team support.

What You Need

• Experience in residential childcare


• Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)


• Full UK driving licence


• Strong leadership, communication \& behaviour support skills


• Knowledge of therapeutic parenting and de\-escalation


• Confident with IT systems for care documentation

Key Duties

• Supervise care staff and ensure quality standards


• Develop and review individual care plans


• Communicate with families and professionals


• Monitor team performance and lead meetings


• Maintain accurate records
