We’re a therapeutic children’s residential service with homes rated Good, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

What you’ll do:

Provide high\-quality, child\-centred care Support young people using a trauma\-informed approach Lead shifts and guide staff Build positive, trusting relationships

What we’re looking for:

Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

1\+ year experience in children’s residential care

Strong safeguarding knowledge

A caring, resilient, and team\-focused attitude

Full UK Driving Licence

Someone committed to a 2 on 4 off shift pattern

What we offer

Up to £37,147\.20 per year once probation completed

Overtime available
