If you are NVQ 3/4 Qualified in Residential Childcare, and have some experience working with young people, then Rigby's currently have a fantastic role available!

We are looking for a Senior RSW/Team Leader to work in an EBD 3 Bed home in Whitchurch, SY13\.

The home cares for children aged 8\-17 with Emotional Behavioural Disorder (EBD), with good facilities, care plans, and a passionate and committed team.

The role involves leading shifts, working one to one with young people including adhering to care plans, taking them out in the community when needed, and also mentoring staff members. There is plenty of progression for the right person and you will be supported by management, into management too!

Rota is usually 2 on, 4 off with paid sleeps at £60\- expect to earn between £37\-38k per year including just doing the pattern. This is a permanent role with continued progression and a real chance to make a difference.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience working with young people


• NVQ 3/4 Residential Childcare\- Essential


• Driver with access to own vehicle\- Essential
