About the Role
· Salary between £30,039\.72 \- £31,970\.40
· 173 hours per month (2 on 4 off shift pattern)
· 224 hours annual leave
· May be required to complete sleeps
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team, supporting young people in a safe nurturing and positive environment. You will play a vital role in promoting their wellbeing, development independence while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
You will act as a positive role model, combining hands\-on care with leadership responsibilities to support both young people and staff team.
Key Responsibilities
· Safeguard and promote the welfare of all young people, always ensuring their safety and wellbeing
· Lead shifts and support the team with supervision, training and performance development
· Support the emotional, physical, educational and social development of each young person
· Maintain accurate and high\-quality records in line with policies and procedures
· Contribute to care plans and risk assessments, including their review and implementation

- How many years of nderstanding of Learning Difficulties and therapeutic approach, and trauma informed experience do you have?
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Learning Disabilities: 1 year (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health \& Social Care Chilldren and Young People (preferred)
- UK Driving Licence (required)
