Package & Benefits
- Open to Jr BDM up to Senior BDM.
- Salary from £50,000-£80,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
- Performance-related bonus of £15,000 to £20,000.

You’ll be joining an established bridging finance provider offering short-term capital solutions to property investors, developers, and businesses across the real estate finance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a business development strategy to grow the bridging finance portfolio.
- Build relationships with property developers, real estate investors, brokers, and finance introducers.
- Advise clients on tailored bridging finance solutions and support deal structuring with internal teams.
- Track pipeline performance, market activity, and growth opportunities for senior leadership.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within bridging finance or a closely related lending sector.
- Strong knowledge of bridging finance products, real estate lending, and property investment markets.
- Established network across property development, real estate, broker, or finance introducer channels.
