We are looking for a Senior Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can oversee operational excellence across multiple locations and drive performance standards throughout the business. You will not simply supervise day\-to\-day operations; you will define regional strategies, improve service delivery, and support high\-performing teams. You will act as the bridge between company leadership and salon management teams, ensuring operational consistency, commercial performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Operations Leadership:
Oversee multiple salon locations, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, customer service excellence, and strong business performance across the region.
Performance Management:
Monitor KPIs, workforce productivity, appointment efficiency, customer retention, and revenue performance. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational workflows.
Team Leadership:
Mentor location managers and senior team leaders. Conduct operational reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures that improve efficiency, elevate service quality, and ensure consistency across locations.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with senior leadership, local management teams, and business partners to communicate priorities, resolve operational challenges, and support expansion initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years of experience in operations, regional management, multi\-site leadership, or service operations, with at least 2\+ years in a senior management or leadership position.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams, improving performance standards, and managing operational complexity across multiple locations.
Operational Knowledge:
Strong understanding of workforce planning, performance metrics, process optimization, compliance, and customer experience management.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for leadership meetings, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Additional European language skills are considered an advantage.
Mindset:
You are commercially aware, highly organized, and solutions\-driven. You understand when to improve systems, when to empower teams, and when to make decisive operational decisions to maintain business performance.
Pay: £6,200\.00\-£7,500\.00 per month
