Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in the Greater Coventry/Solihull area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a diverse range of school roles. You will be expected to take full ownership of a warm desk, develop and further existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. The role requires managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement and delivering consistent billing performance and contribute to team success.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to step into a warm desk and build on it with autonomy and support.
This role is best suited to someone who is already confident managing the full recruitment cycle and is looking for a more personal, less corporate environment where they can make a visible impact.
Qualifications/Experience
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within the education sector
- Knowledge and experience of the SEN sector is advantageous
- Strong skills in resourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates to match them with appropriate roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads in a hybrid setting
- Preferably degree educated
