Skillfinder International is expanding its permanent recruitment team and hiring an experienced 360 recruiter to drive growth across European financial services and fintech markets.

This is a strategic growth hire for someone who thrives on building client relationships, winning business, and delivering high-quality permanent placements across Europe and the UK.

What You’ll Do

• Run the full 360 permanent recruitment cycle across European and UK markets


• Build and grow client relationships within financial services & fintech


• Deliver contingent, exclusive, and retained searches


• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and AI-driven tools


• Lead client meetings and manage recruitment processes end to end


• Maintain strong CRM and market engagement


• Mentor junior consultants where appropriate

• Proven experience in 360 permanent recruitment


• Strong billing track record


• Experience recruiting across European markets is advantageous


• Commercial mindset with excellent client management skills


• Confident using LinkedIn and modern recruitment technology


• Organised, driven, and professional


• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
