As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building and developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Whilst experience within Health & Social Care Permanent Recruitment would be highly desirable, we are also keen to speak with recruiters from other sectors who can demonstrate strong business development and relationship-building skills.

About You

• Minimum 1-2 years recruitment experience within any sector


• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and build client relationships


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission


• Ambitious, driven, and looking for long-term career development


• Experience within Health & Social Care recruitment is advantageous but not essential
