The role:
Managing and developing client relationships
Winning new business and growing existing accounts
Building candidate networks within your specialist market
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Who we're looking for:
Previous recruitment experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially minded and motivated to succeed
Passion for delivering a first-class recruitment service
Team player with a positive attitude
Essential expiercne requirements:-
You must have at least 2/3 years agency recruitment expiernce within the following sectors:-
Accountancy & Finance
HR
Professional Services
Salary = QTR comm to 22.5% of all billings
Dual Desk
2 Days Office (Central London) 3 Days at Home
