Role Overview

The Talent \& Engagement Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the energy, quality, and performance of the Ecosave sales floor. This is not a back\-office HR position—this is a frontline culture and capability role that impacts revenue outcomes directly. You will take full ownership of recruitment, onboarding, team morale, and engagement strategy across our outbound sales team.

You’ll be the internal driver of hiring quality, cultural consistency, and early\-stage performance traction.

Key Responsibilities

*Talent Acquisition*

  • Lead full\-cycle recruitment for lead generation and sales roles

  • Write compelling job adverts and manage sourcing channels

  • Screen candidates for high\-performance potential and cultural fit

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to meet scaling demands

  • Onboarding \& Induction

  • Design and coordinate structured onboarding journeys aligned to our 8\-week ramp plan

  • Partner with the training function to deliver effective, energised new\-starter experiences

  • Own the induction calendar, floor introductions, and engagement milestones
*Engagement \& Culture*
  • Be the visible lead for morale, wellbeing, and team cohesion

  • Run weekly check\-ins, pulse surveys, and informal performance tracking

  • Organise recognition initiatives, floor incentives, and social events

  • Drive high standards while maintaining a positive, competitive environment
*Performance Support*
  • Monitor early performance signals and flag at\-risk new hires

  • Partner with Sales Managers and QA to re\-engage underperformers quickly

  • Contribute to a “no passengers” mindset through coaching and cultural reinforcement

Requirements

1\+ years experience in recruitment, people engagement, or sales enablement

Background in sales, contact centre, or high\-performance commercial environments

Confident, proactive, and emotionally intelligent

Skilled in relationship building, influence, and fast decision\-making

Driven by outcomes, not activity
