This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter to develop long\-term client partnerships, build high\-performing talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the IT and digital technology sector.

What Youll Be Doing

360 Recruitment: Taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement and account growth.

Business Development: Developing new client relationships through market mapping, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic sales activities.

Client Relationship Management: Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and decision\-makers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

IT Talent Sourcing: Identifying, engaging, and attracting technology professionals across software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, ERP, AI, and digital transformation disciplines.

Candidate Assessment: Conducting detailed interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, motivation, and cultural fit.

Pipeline Development: Building and maintaining strong talent networks through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, social recruiting, and referral generation.

Candidate Care: Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through regular communication, career advice, interview preparation, and offer management.

Contract Recruitment: Managing contract hiring requirements across the technology market.

Negotiation \& Closing: Managing offers, salary negotiations, contracts, and placement processes to successful conclusion.

Market Expertise: Becoming a trusted advisor by providing clients and candidates with insights into market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.

Compliance \& Quality: Ensuring all recruitment activity complies with company policies, German employment regulations, and client requirements.

What Were Looking For

Recruitment Experience: 3\-5 years of agency recruitment experience with proven 360 recruitment success.

IT Recruitment Background: Demonstrated experience recruiting technology professionals across permanent and/or contract markets.

Business Development Skills: Track record of winning new clients, generating revenue, and growing accounts.

Relationship Builder: Ability to establish credibility and build long\-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, market trends, and revenue generation.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

German Language Skills: Professional\-level German language skills are highly desirable.
