Senior Recruiter – Residential Children's Homes

We are a growing provider of Ofsted\-registered residential children's homes, and we're looking for a dedicated in\-house Recruiter to take ownership of how we find, attract and hire the brilliant people who make our homes what they are.
This is a pivotal role. The quality of our staff is everything and you'll be the person responsible for making sure we always have the right people in place.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
- Managing end\-to\-end recruitment across our children's homes \- from writing job adverts through to offer and onboarding
- Sourcing Residential Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Team Leaders, Deputy Managers and Registered Managers
- Building strong pipelines of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach
- Managing relationships with hiring managers across our homes and keeping them updated throughout the process
- Continuously improving how we recruit — reducing time\-to\-hire, improving candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand
- Experience in recruitment — whether in\-house or agency background, ideally within social care, children's services or a related sector
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once across different locations
- A genuine passion for the children's residential care sector and the difference great staff make
- Confident communicator — able to build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders alike

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year
