The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial team, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

The Role:
- Managing commercial aspects of refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build construction projects
- Producing CVRs, forecasts, valuations, and cost reports
- Working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Hybrid working split between office, site, and home
- Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to progress into a senior role
- Experience within construction, refurbishment, maintenance, commercial, or new-build projects
- Strong cost control, forecasting, commercial management skills, and communication
- Full UK Driving Licence
