Senior Quantity Surveyor
Leda Associates is partnering with a well\-established and highly respected, luxury residential construction business who are looking recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre\-construction through to final account, ensuring financial control while supporting successful delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparation and negotiation of subcontract packages
- Valuations, variations, and cost forecasting
- Risk and value management
- Supporting project teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Final account preparation and agreement
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience across luxury residential projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail\-focused approach
- Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., JCT)

Pay: £80,000\.00\-£90,000\.00 per year
Experience:
- Quantity Surveying: 3 years (preferred)
