Purpose of the Role

Drive product quality and process excellence by supporting manufacturing and new product development. Partner with cross\-functional teams (R\&D, Operations, Quality) to deliver high\-quality solutions, solve problems through data, and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause investigations for defects, non\-conformances, and customer issues; implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop quality plans, product specifications, and risk assessments (e.g., FMEA).

  • Support new product development to ensure robust, high\-quality design and transfer to manufacturing.

  • Plan and deliver projects—defining scope, timelines, risks, and resources.

  • Communicate progress and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and results.

  • Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Collaborate across functions to translate business goals into actionable outcomes.
What You Bring
  • NFQ Level 7 qualification in Engineering/Science (or equivalent experience).

  • 4\+ years in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

  • Strong problem\-solving and data analysis skills.

  • Solid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and lead initiatives.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate.
