Senior Quality & Regulatory Manager

A leading global organisation within the life sciences and regulated manufacturing sector is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Manager to join its UK operation. This is a key leadership position supporting quality, compliance and regulatory activities within a highly regulated environment, ensuring products and processes consistently meet customer, business and regulatory requirements.

Your new role

As Quality & Regulatory Manager, you will lead the site's Quality Management System and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring alignment with relevant ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements. You will act as the site expert for quality and compliance matters, managing audits, inspections, CAPAs, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial functions, to drive quality excellence, maintain regulatory compliance and support business growth. The role also includes people leadership responsibilities, developing and mentoring quality professionals while fostering a strong quality culture across the site.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience within a Quality Management role in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, biotechnology or regulated manufacturing.


• Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks, including ISO standards and audit management.


• Experience managing CAPA programmes, non-conformance investigations, risk management and continuous improvement activities.


• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.


• Degree qualification in a scientific, engineering or related discipline is advantageous.
