We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded property business in Honiton who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their lettings team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings or property management who is looking to take on more responsibility within an established and supportive business.
What’s in it for you?
- £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary depending on experience

You’ll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio and providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants, including:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance, tenancy and property-related queries
- Managing more complex landlord and tenant situations
- Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant
- Carrying out property inspections where required
- Coordinating maintenance and works
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Supporting the wider lettings team
- Identifying opportunities to retain and grow landlord business
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within residential lettings or property management
- Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Professional and personable
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of lettings
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Comfortable dealing with challenging or complex situations
- Keen to develop and take on further responsibility
