Senior Property Manager (Residential Block Management)
Homebased | £45,000–£55,000 + Uncapped Commission + £5,000 Car Allowance
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage block and estate portfolios ensuring compliance and high service delivery
- Lead on Building Safety Act requirements, cladding remediation, and funding applications
- Oversee fire safety, EWS1, and health & safety compliance
- Act as escalation point for complex leasehold, legal, and resident matters
- Manage service charge budgets, major works, and contractors
- Support and mentor junior team members
- 2–3+ years’ experience in residential block management
- Strong knowledge of building safety legislation and leasehold law
- Experience with EWS1, FRA, and remediation projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Uncapped commission scheme
- £5,000 car allowance + mileage
