Senior Project/Product Manager

pubGENIUS is a U.S.\-based software development company that helps startups and growing businesses transform ideas into scalable digital products. Our team works globally and specializes in building MVPs, SaaS platforms, AI\-powered applications, and custom software solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines strong product thinking, design skills, and execution excellence. This is not a traditional project management role. We need someone who can take high\-level business requirements and turn them into detailed product experiences, specifications, and delivery plans with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

• Translate business ideas into clear product requirements and user stories.


• Create wireframes, user flows, and product designs using Figma.


• Define feature scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.


• Collaborate closely with founders, clients, designers, and engineers.


• Break down product initiatives into actionable development tasks.


• Estimate timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.


• Lead product discovery and requirements gathering sessions.


• Own backlog management and sprint planning activities.


• Help clients validate ideas and define MVP roadmaps.


• Analyze product impact and recommend prioritization based on business value and effort.

Requirements What We're Looking For

• 4\+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.


• Strong UI/UX design skills and hands\-on experience with Figma.


• Experience working directly with software engineering teams.


• Strong understanding of web and mobile product development.


• Ability to write clear and detailed product requirements.


• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience building MVPs for startups.


• Experience with SaaS products.


• Experience working in software agencies or consulting environments.


• Familiarity with AI\-powered products and emerging technologies.


• Understanding of software architecture and technical tradeoffs.


• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
