Senior Project Manager

<p>Reports to: Senior Project Manager, Group Lead</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources</li>
<li>Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders</li>
<li>Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources</li>
<li>Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project</li>
<li>Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases</li>
<li>Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices</li>
<li>Solid understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies</li>
<li>Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>over 3 years of professional experience in managing software development projects</li>
