The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office within the Strategic Delivery Department.

The role requires

  • Proven track record of operating at senior project management level within portfolio or transformation environments

  • Experience working in large, complex organisations (e.g. higher education, public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments)

  • Demonstrable experience of leading cross\-functional, multi\-disciplinary projects and programmes

  • Strong experience of establishing project governance, board reporting, and executive engagement

The Candidate

  • Strategic and delivery\-focused – able to translate complex organisational priorities into clear milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes

  • Experienced and resilient leader – combines deep programme and project management expertise with the ability to navigate ambiguity, constructively challenge stakeholders, and foster strong collaboration to achieve shared objectives

  • Highly organised and forward\-thinking – demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, meticulous planning capability, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum
