Then come and join our global team as (Senior) Project Manager Privacy Transformation (f/m/d) and lead global privacy and transformation projects that drive the continuous development of our Privacy Management System.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will manage and coordinate global privacy and transformation projects end\-to\-end (planning, execution, rollout, stabilization)


• You will work in a dedicated core setup (“three\-in\-a\-box”) with a Privacy Lawyer (Legal) and a Technical Privacy Expert (IT/Engineering), ensuring integrated delivery


• You will set up project governance including stakeholder management, reporting, decision paths as well as risk and escalation control


• You will manage scope, timeline, resources and budget and coordinate dependencies with parallel initiatives


• You will drive standardization and operationalization of privacy processes and tool\-enabled workflows and ensure sustainable implementation


• You will translate privacy requirements into implementable work packages/deliverables (requirements, backlogs, rollout and operating models)


• You will create management updates and decision materials for international stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a master ‘s degree (e.g., IT Security, Computer Science, Business, Law)


• You have several years of project management experience (ideally in privacy/compliance, IT transformation, global rollouts or standardization)


• You have proven experience managing complex, international and cross\-functional projects


• You have confidence in classical and/or agile project delivery (hybrid) and familiar with common Project Management tools

• You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus depending on the team setup.


• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international environment and see yourself as a committed team player.


• You have strong structuring, prioritization and execution skills combined with excellent stakeholder management


• You are very hands\-on, solution\-oriented and strong communicator
