Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects within our civil engineering portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and technical expertise to drive project success in a fast\-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple large\-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Develop comprehensive project plans using Primavera P6 to schedule activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress effectively.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.


• Oversee the use of Civil 3D software for design review and validation of civil engineering components.


• Manage risk assessments, resolve issues promptly, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety\-first culture across all project phases.


• Monitor project performance metrics related to time management and resource utilization to optimize productivity.

Skills

• Extensive experience in managing large infrastructure or civil engineering projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning.


• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil design coordination and review.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.


• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating teams and fostering collaboration.


• Clear communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
