To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead complex customer\-oriented projects in a technology\- and innovation\-driven environment.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the end\-to\-end management of projects and act as the central interface between customers, partners, and internal departments. You will ensure structured project execution within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards, thereby making a significant contribution to project success and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
-------------------------

• End\-to\-end management and coordination of customer projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.


• Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans, milestones, and deliverables.


• Ensuring on\-time delivery within the agreed scope and budget.


• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders as well as alignment between development, product management, solution engineering, and customers.


• Identification, assessment, and proactive management of project risks, including the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.


• Monitoring project progress based on defined KPIs and reporting to management.


• Management of resources and priorities in close collaboration with the respective departments.


• Preparation and facilitation of project meetings, reviews, demonstrations, and rollouts.


• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, certification requirements, and defined quality gates.


• Supporting scope management and controlling change requests within the framework of the Statement of Work (SoW).


• Conducting project closures, including lessons learned sessions and project documentation.

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification.


• Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in regulated or technology\-driven industries.


• Experience in managing complex customer projects involving multiple stakeholders.


• Strong understanding of software and system development processes.


• Knowledge of common project management methodologies and standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, or agile methodologies).


• Experience in risk, resource, and budget management.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Strong assertiveness and confident interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.


• Structured, solution\-oriented, and self\-reliant working style.


• High level of resilience and decision\-making ability in dynamic project environments.


• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
