Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager stepping into a director\-level role within a design\-led Design \& Build company will take both operational and strategic responsibility for delivering high\-end residential and boutique commercial projects in affluent areas such as London, Surrey, and Cheshire, acting as a key figure in shaping the business alongside the founders. This role goes beyond project delivery to include oversight of the full value chain—coordinating RIBA\-aligned architectural design, planning, engineering, and construction—while ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, programme, and cost control expected by high\-net\-worth clients and developers. As a director, the individual will play a central role in building client relationships, securing new work, refining systems and processes, and driving profitability through careful management of construction margins, consultant coordination, and risk. They will bridge the gap between design and delivery, maintaining design integrity while implementing commercial discipline, and contribute to the long\-term growth of the business by helping position the brand as a premium, design\-led studio capable of scaling across both residential and commercial sectors.

Pay: £37,690\.01\-£70,837\.99 per year
