About the Role
------------------

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of customer implementation projects from initiation through project closure. This role drives solution definition, resource allocation, project direction, team building, budget control, non\-conformity resolution, and overall risk management — ensuring every engagement delivers exceptional value to our customers.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Plan, lead, and control projects and related personnel utilizing project methodologies and tools to bring projects to successful completion — within scope, on time, and within budget.


• Lead team and client meetings using engaging, informative presentation methodologies, ensuring timely follow\-up and holding project team members accountable.


• Develop and manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, and scheduling, while creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and contributing to the continuous evolution of methodology.


• Design solutions, take an active role in resolving conflicts, serve as a first level of escalation, and manage the delivery of solutions aligned to expected customer business value.


• Proactively manage client expectations and day\-to\-day interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying and mitigating risks while delivering timely and effective updates to internal and external stakeholders.


• Orchestrate the delivery of professional services that merit customer satisfaction, promote future software and services opportunities, and operate as a trusted advisor — mentoring team members and contributing to the team's best practice knowledge base.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation through closure.


• Solid industry vertical or solution area experience, including ECM or other relevant solution implementation experience.


• Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and project management skills, with the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.


• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism across departments.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office, including MS Project and Visio, and working knowledge of program/project management software.

• Experience providing guidance, mentorship, and support to developing team members in a professional services environment.


• Strong ability to manage change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.


• Self\-motivated with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• Ability to develop and maintain strategic working relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and key stakeholders.


• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for additional travel based on unique customer circumstances.
