Senior Project Manager - Events Gaming Industry

YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Project Manager you are responsible for the successful delivery of complex high scale projects within Fanfinity. You support, guide and coach Project Managers in handing over profitable solutions from the high scale projects and translate these to smaller\-scale events and budgets, aligned with client expectations.
By maintaining a clear helicopter view across all areas of a project, you ensure quality, aligned processes and an exceptional client experience. You also contribute to Fanfinity's profitability and operational excellence.
YOUR TASKS
- Manage projects from A to Z with a strong focus on planning, deadlines, quality and client expectations.
- Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and reports.
- Collaborate closely with clients, the Commercial Director, the Project Manager Lead, and internal expert teams.
- Coordinate and lead internal team members, freelancers and external partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project updates and changes.
- Take overall responsibility during event execution.
- Conduct project debriefs and identify areas for improvement and new opportunities together with the team.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner, contributing to the further development of projects and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Management or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming and events industry, involving large\-scale events.
- A strong affinity with the Pokémon brand or a solid understanding of the Trading Card Game community, competitive scene and fan culture are required.
- Excellent command of English, additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail\-oriented and strong planning skills.
