Senior Project Manager (Data Centre Fit-Out)

Location: Sines, Portugal. This role requires being on\-site during the work week. No rotation or fly\-in/fly\-out arrangement applies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
+ Delivering high\-quality services and ensuring that project management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements and business procedures.
+ Managing all stages of tenant fit\-out projects to practical completion and handover.
+ Coordinating general contractors and specialist suppliers to deliver mechanical, electrical, architectural, and specialist fit\-out packages.
+ Developing and maintaining project programmes, ensuring key milestones and tenant requirements are achieved.
+ Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks throughout the construction phase.
+ Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
+ Ensuring compliance with contract terms, building regulations, and client\-specific requirements.
+ Preparing regular progress reports, highlighting issues, risks, and recommended actions.
+ Managing quality assurance processes and ensuring works meet the agreed specifications and standards.
+ Coordinating site activities, logistics, and interfaces between different work packages.
+ Supporting the handover process, including the preparation of operation and maintenance documentation.
+ Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:

- Who we’re looking for:
+ Relevant experience managing fit\-out scope within data centre or mission\-critical environments.
+ Knowledge of technical requirements applied to the construction sector.
+ Detailed knowledge of project management techniques.
+ Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and negotiating skills.
+ Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Ability to work as part of a team.
+ Professional level of English.
+ Right to work in Portugal.
+ Available to work in Sines 5 days per week (no rotation applies).Qualifications
+ Engineering degree or technical education in a construction\-related field
