As Senior Project Manager you are co\-leading projects and identifying new opportunities regarding the overall strategy of AUTO1\.com across Europe in order to advance our platform performance and our growth even further. Your new Role

- Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of AUTO1\.com
- Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team
- Carry out cross\-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics
- Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release
- Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth
- Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives
Your Skills
---------------
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years full\-time work experience, preferably in a growth company, start\-up or management consulting firm
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
- Self\-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical skills, structured way of thinking, exceptional attention to details
- Fluent in English and German, as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
