About the Client \& Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a project with a premier asset management firm in France. Based in Paris, you will drive key operational, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives, serving as a pivotal bridge between business units, IT, regulatory compliance, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution \& Management: Lead end\-to\-end delivery of strategic projects and new fund launches across daily business operations, systems implementations, and operational enhancements.
- Regulatory Implementation: Coordinate the cross\-functional deployment of European and international financial regulations affecting portfolio management, risk, and reporting.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT and external providers to implement, upgrade, or migrate core asset management systems and operational tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate seamless communication, risk mitigation, and status reporting across portfolio management, risk, legal, compliance, operations, and external vendors.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field from a top university or business school.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of project management experience within asset management, wealth management, or financial services consulting.
- Industry Knowledge: In\-depth understanding of asset management operations, fund structures, regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, Mifid), and market infrastructure.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency/fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and structured problem\-solving skills; proven track record of managing complex, cross\-departmental projects independently.
Pay: From 60,000\.00€ per year
