<h3>About the role: </h3>
We are seeking a technical Senior Project Manager to drive our AI-driven creative operations. This is a unique role that bridges senior-level project management, creative production, and advanced AI systems architecture, working closely alongside our client, as part of their team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will not just be managing projects; you will be architecting the operational systems that deliver them, and the client conduit into Pencil Pro. You will be the backbone of our on-site team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns heavily powered by creative GenAI. You will act as the primary liaison between our agency team, our AI platforms, and our senior financial services clients. Crucially, you will bring demonstrable experience in agent building and designing agentic workflows to automate and scale high-quality marketing output (copy and design) efficiently, flawlessly, and within strict compliance guidelines. 
<h3>What you will be doing: </h3>
<ul>
<li>Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end project management of complex marketing campaigns. You will define scopes, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of creative assets for our financial services client. </li>
<li>AI Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and manage sophisticated agentic workflows to streamline creative production. You will move beyond basic prompting, connecting platforms like Pencil Pro with other systems to automate copy generation, asset resizing, and production at an enterprise level. </li>
<li>Platform Mastery & Agent Building: Serve as the strategic owner of our AI tech stack. You will utilize Pencil Pro to build complex templates and automate video/static production. Additionally, you will utilize your experience in agent building to create custom, task-specific AI agents that support our copywriters and designers. </li>
<li>Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client services team and directly with senior clients. You will project manage their requests, set expectations, and act as a consultant, demonstrating how our creative GenAI capabilities can solve their business challenges. </li>
<li>Creative Quality Assurance: Leverage your background in creative disciplines (copy, design, or both) to oversee the quality of AI-generated outputs. You must ensure all automated creative aligns with the client’s strict brand guidelines and marketing objectives. </li>
<li>Continuous Innovation: Keep up to speed with the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will continually evaluate new tools, test new methodologies, and refine our processes to ensure we remain at the forefront of marketing technology. </li>
</ul>
<h3>What you need to be great in this role: </h3>
<ul>
<li>Senior Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or creative operations within a marketing agency, advertising firm, or fast-paced in-house creative team. </li>
<li>Demonstrable AI Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience utilizing creative GenAI tools (e.g., Pencil Pro, Midjourney, ChatGPT Enterprise, Jasper) in a commercial setting. </li>
<li>Technical Acumen: Concrete experience in agent building (e.g., creating custom GPTs, using LangChain, Flowise, or similar frameworks) and constructing agentic workflows (using automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or custom API integrations) to solve complex creative bottlenecks. </li>
<li>Creative Foundation: Experience in a creative agency; you need a strong creative eye to judge and refine AI outputs effectively. </li>
<li>Exceptional Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable leading meetings, presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical clients, and operating smoothly within a corporate client's office. </li>
<li>Adaptable Problem Solver: You have a "tinkerer's" mindset. You are deeply technology-minded, able to independently troubleshoot, experiment, and arrive at solutions when integrating new AI tools into existing agency processes. </li>
<li>Previous experience working with or within the financial services sector, or other highly regulated industries. </li>
<li>Familiarity with marketing compliance and legal approval processes. </li>
<li>Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or AI/Machine Learning concepts. </li>
