Senior Project Management

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of branding and communication projects, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic goals


• Plan, structure, and oversee project execution while managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards


• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting both strategic and operational discussions


• Coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders, including creative, strategic, and technical teams


• Ensure smooth collaboration across disciplines while proactively identifying risks and opportunities


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and internal processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field


• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within branding, marketing, or agency environments


• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships


• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills


• Structured, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous working style


• Strong understanding of branding processes and creative production workflows


• Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a strong advantage


• Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English
