Senior Project Engineer (OFCI / OFE / FIA)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI), Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE), and Factory Integration \& Acceptance (FIA) processes for a major data center construction project in the Frankfurt, Germany region. :
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of owner\-furnished equipment
- Manage vendor relationships and equipment specifications
- Ensure seamless integration between owner\-supplied and contractor\-installed systems
- Lead factory acceptance testing protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with manufacturers for pre\-delivery testing and commissioning
- Manage quality assurance and compliance verification processes
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 7\+ years in large\-scale construction project management
- Minimum 3 years in data center or critical infrastructure projects
- Deep understanding of OFCI/OFE processes
- Experience with FIA testing and commissioning
- Knowledge of data center MEP systems and cooling technologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification desireable
- Fluency in English required; German advantageous
