Senior Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and support the successful delivery of complex projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on civil engineering or infrastructure projects, and will play a pivotal role in coordinating resources, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Duties

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely progression of all project phases.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.


• Utilise Civil 3D for reviewing design documentation, assessing project feasibility, and supporting technical decision\-making processes.


• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.


• Track project milestones and deliverables, adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate unforeseen delays or changes.


• Assist in resource allocation planning and optimise utilisation across multiple projects.


• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines accordingly.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational standards throughout all project activities.


• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision\-making.

• Proven experience in project coordination within civil engineering or infrastructure sectors.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling purposes is essential.


• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for design review and technical support is highly desirable.


• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.


• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
