ABOUT YOU

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments? You are hands\-on, pragmatic and results\-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities and dependencies. You know how to manage operational transitions and outsourcing initiatives while keeping business readiness, compliance and delivery firmly on track.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Lead the preparation, coordination and execution of an operational transition to an external outsourcing partner.


• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical\-path activities, ensuring delivery stays on track.


• Ensure processes, responsibilities and governance across the retained organisation and outsourcing partner are aligned and future\-proof.


• Act as the key link between Operations, Business, Risk, Compliance, IT, Management and external vendors, resolving issues quickly and pragmatically.


• Identify deviations and operational risks early, taking ownership of solutions to protect planning, business readiness and compliance.

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• 8\-10\+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager within the financial services sector.


• Proven experience with operational processes in banking, payments, cards and/or financial\-services outsourcing transformations.


• Strong background in business process transitions, operational excellence and/or BPO transitions.


• Demonstrated experience managing external suppliers and complex vendor relationships in a regulated environment.


• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem\-solving skills, combined with a proactive, decisive and execution\-focused mindset.
