Senior Production Manager - Backshift
Role Definition:
Reporting directly to the site Operations Manager, the Senior Production Manager will achieve business value, improve customer service, drive employee performance and assist operations manager in the efficient management of the operation. The senior production manager will ensure that targets are met and regularly challenged and improved on withing two production hall areas. Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with critical control points, GMP and H\&S requirements.

Personal Specification
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of management of a Food Manufacturing facility.
Must have experience working to BRC standards.
Significant experience at Management Level with leadership and people management experience.
Good numeracy skills
Attentive to detail
Flexible, adaptable, keen to learn and support others' learning
Speaking, writing and understanding good spoken and written English language. (This is an essential health \& safety, traceability, team management and quality control requirement which will be tested as part of the recruitment process)
Good facilitator and motivator

Accreditation Food Hygiene equivalent at level 3 and HACCP cert
