Senior Product Owner (m/f/d)
<p>We're looking for a motivated and driven <strong>Senior Product Owner (m/f/d)</strong> who will help us shape our team and have the most direct influence on our success.</p>
<p>The mission of the Revenue Management Products team is to integrate diverse pricing tools and services into a single, cohesive ecosystem, focusing on user experience. </p>
<p>As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in continuously evolving our Revenue Management Products for complex new features. Our team is part of the Demand Division, Demand Management Stream, and you will also become a member of our Product Owner community. </p>
<p>As the Product Owner joining our Revenue Management Products team, you will collaborate with our Engineering Manager and Revenue Management department to support efforts in meeting the demands of our evolving business. Your responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders, both on the business and tech sides, shape the product vision, and, together with your team, seamlessly integrate multiple services to improve our users experience</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Together with your team, design, implement, and optimize high-value products and services</li>
<li>Understand and communicate the WHY behind your products</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with other Product Owners in cross-team initiatives</li>
<li>Partner with your key stakeholders to analyze and prioritize business requirements</li>
<li>Facilitate data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with your team and stakeholders</li>
<li>Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision</li>
<li>Find a pragmatic balance between speed and quality of engineering and design solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a highly collaborative environment, with a track record of owning complex products end-to-end.</li>
<li>Awareness of UX best practices
& Ability to interpret user research, usability testing, and quantitative user behavior analysis</li>
<li>Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy</li>
<li>Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Experience working with engineers on API design decisions, data pipelines, and distributed system trade-offs</li>
<li>Experience and willingness to work with a high degree of both individual and team autonomy</li>
<li>Experience working with a dynamic pricing or revenue management system is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication and ability to lead and align a cross-functional team without direct authority.</li>
