Senior Product Manager

We are currently partnering with an incredible client to find a curious, open-minded, and empathetic Senior Product Manager for an ASAP-start, 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer, leading interactions with internal subject matter experts and end-users to define key problems, requirements, and solutions.
- Own the product strategy and vision while maintaining roadmaps, defining the minimum viable product (MVP), and establishing criteria for success.
- Perform data-driven and cost-benefit analyses to build and prioritise the product backlog.
- Translate business needs to technical teams (including engineering and US teams), and translate technical needs back to the business.
- Work closely with User Experience designers to lead customer feedback sessions and validate innovative user experience flows.
- Present the roadmap to clients, manage expectations, address key pains to help sell to new clients, and manage customer support relations regarding product defects.
- A deep understanding of Clinical Trial Management Systems, regulatory requirements, and the technological landscape.
- Demonstrable experience working face-to-face with clients and managing complex enterprise solutions for large clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to drive data-backed product decisions in an agile development environment.
- Location: Remote, or based in the Hammersmith office if preferred.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Rate: £25.60 to £38.83 per hour (equivalent to an FTE base salary range of £53,250 to £71,000).
