About the Role:

London is known for its global tech and finance ecosystem, and at Northbridge Digital Systems, we apply that same standard to digital products. We build enterprise\-grade software that combines scalability with intuitive user experience and modern design principles. We believe that complex systems should still feel simple to use.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of product direction and user experience strategy.

You are not just managing delivery; you are shaping the product vision and defining how users experience our platform. You will lead a small, talented team of designers and engineers, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and elegant, usable solutions.

You are the advocate for the user in a room full of developers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Why Work With Us?

Modern Stack:
We work with modern product and design tools and collaborate closely with engineering teams using current frameworks and scalable architecture principles.

Growth:
You will have access to professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and industry conferences to keep your skills evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:
Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap. Ensure alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.

End\-to\-End Delivery:
Lead initiatives from discovery and requirement gathering through to delivery, testing, and iteration.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and support junior and mid\-level team members. Lead reviews and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

User Research \& Validation:
Use data, user feedback, and research insights to validate assumptions before execution.

Stakeholder Communication:
Present product decisions and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6\+ years in Product Management or related roles, including leadership or ownership responsibilities.

Portfolio / Case Studies:
Demonstrated experience leading end\-to\-end product work with measurable outcomes and structured thinking.

Tools:
Experience with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, analytics platforms, roadmap tools).

Language Skills:
English required for internal communication. Additional languages are a plus depending on client\-facing responsibilities.

Mindset:
You are strategic, pragmatic, and execution\-focused. You know how to balance long\-term vision with fast delivery and iterative improvement.

Pay: £5,000\.00\-£7,500\.00 per month
