<p>We’re looking for a product marketing expert to take end-to-end ownership of a dedicated category within the ESN portfolio—<strong data-start="420" data-end="506">starting asap, remote-first with monthly on-site days at our Hamburg HQ.</strong></p>

<ul>

<li data-start="155" data-end="335">You manage your ESN category portfolio with a focus on innovations and optimizing market presence—including product launches, relaunches, and retirements</li>
<li data-start="515" data-end="673">You develop go-to-market strategies and lead promotional campaign planning across relevant channels, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring</li>
<li data-start="515" data-end="673">You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product development and sales, to bring new products to market in line with brand positioning</li>
<li data-start="841" data-end="980">You stay on top of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive developments, translating data into actionable growth opportunities</li>
<li data-start="983" data-end="1120">You drive product launch excellence by building comprehensive rollout plans and coordinating all related activities across departments</li>

<h3><strong>Your experience & skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1744" data-end="1857">You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage</li>
<li data-start="1860" data-end="1959">You bring 3+ years of experience in<em> </em>product marketing management within the FMCG industry</li>
<li data-start="1962" data-end="2081">You have a track record of successfully managing products across their full lifecycle—from idea to launch and beyond</li>
<li data-start="2084" data-end="2187">You are well-versed in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning techniques</li>
<li data-start="2190" data-end="2310">You know how to plan and execute impactful go-to-market and activation strategies, including pricing and distribution</li>
<li data-start="2313" data-end="2435">You think analytically, enjoy working with data, and are confident in market research, financial analysis, and planning</li>
<li data-start="2438" data-end="2555">You communicate clearly, present ideas convincingly, and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels</li>
