<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2>
<p>Factor is our newest brand - a healthy, ready-to-eat meal delivery service, and one of the fastest-growing parts of the HelloFresh Group’s European business. </p>
<p>We're looking for a <strong>Senior Procurement Operations Manager </strong>to lead our Procurement Operations function and ensure our supply chain is running efficiently, scalable, and commercially effective. You'll oversee the end-to-end procurement operations process, optimise inventory and supplier performance, and continuously improve the systems and processes that keep our production running smoothly.</p>
<p>Working cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Finance, Culinary, and Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while driving operational excellence and supporting Factor's continued growth.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: left;">Lead and develop our Procurement Operations team, responsible for purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Own the end-to-end procurement operations process, ensuring ingredients and packaging are delivered On Time, In Full, and In Quality (OTIFQ) to support uninterrupted production.</li>
<li>Drive inventory governance, ensuing product availability and operational efficiency while minimising waste and stock risk.</li>
<li>Champion our zero-waste strategy through continuous optimisation of purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Production to optimize purchasing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li>
<li>Monitor procurement KPIs, purchasing data, and system accuracy, using insights to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and drive operational improvements.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise procurement and inventory processes through data, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of procurement performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and key operational KPIs.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across Procurement Operations.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement or Production field</li>
<li>Stress resilience and a hands-on approach</li>
<li>A proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Flexibility for occasional weekend work and travel</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures</li>
<li>Fluency in English (German knowledge is a plus)</li>
