What you’ll do

• Handle planning applications (routine to complex depending on grade)


• Monitor minerals and waste sites and ensure compliance


• Investigate and manage planning enforcement cases


• Support preparation and review of the Minerals & Waste Local Plan


• Represent the County Council at meetings, site visits, and appeals

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Ability to manage varied workloads


• A collaborative, professional approach


• Interest in minerals & waste planning (experience welcomed but not essential)
