We are looking for a Senior Partnerships and Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can lead strategic business relationships while building operational processes that scale efficiently. You will not simply maintain partnerships; you will shape growth strategies, improve business workflows, and drive high\-impact collaborations across departments and external stakeholders. You will act as the bridge between operations, commercial priorities, and long\-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
Build, manage, and strengthen long\-term partnerships with external clients, vendors, and business collaborators while identifying opportunities for growth.
Operational Excellence:
Improve internal operational systems, implement scalable workflows, and identify areas where efficiency and execution can be enhanced.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with internal teams including customer operations, business strategy, and account management to ensure aligned delivery and measurable outcomes.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor business performance metrics, partnership outcomes, and operational KPIs to support smarter decision\-making and business planning.
Stakeholder Management:
Present operational insights and partnership strategies to internal leadership and external stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years of experience in business operations, partnerships, customer operations, or strategic management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership\-focused role.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience mentoring teams, managing cross\-functional priorities, and leading projects in fast\-paced business environments.
Communication:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
Technology Mindset:
Comfortable using modern CRM systems, reporting tools, operational dashboards, and productivity software to improve business performance.
Mindset:
You are organized, commercially aware, and solution\-focused. You understand how to balance long\-term business goals with practical day\-to\-day execution while maintaining high standards of operational quality.
Pay: £5,600\.00\-£7,300\.00 per month
