Senior Partner Manager (all genders) – Strategic Alliance Management

As Senior Partner Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for the strategic development of our partner management within the Aviation business unit. You will develop a clear partner strategy, structure and evaluate our existing partner portfolio, and establish processes and standards for successful collaboration. Together with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that our aviation solutions are successfully positioned in the market, scaled, and sustainably established.

What you can move with us:

• You develop our partner strategy, identify strategically relevant technology, implementation, and sales partners, and support their acquisition and onboarding.


• You professionalize, prioritize, and evaluate our existing partner portfolio and derive concrete development strategies from it.


• You establish structures, processes, and standards for our partner management and create clear responsibilities for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.


• Together with our partners, you develop business plans, co\-selling, and go\-to\-market initiatives and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.


• You manage the success of our partnerships using relevant KPIs and derive new growth and innovation potential from them.


• You also represent Partner Management externally: you build sustainable relationships with our partners and represent INFORM at relevant industry events and in an international environment.

• Several years of experience in strategic partner management or alliance management in a software or technology environment.


• Experience in building partner management structures, processes, and strategies, as well as professionalizing existing partnerships.


• Strong strategic and conceptual skills, along with the ability to develop clear structures and standards in an environment that is not yet fully established.


• Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.


• Independent, entrepreneurial way of working and willingness to take responsibility for building a new strategic area.


• Very good English skills (at least C1 level) and willingness to travel internationally (approx. once per month).

• Completed degree or comparable qualification — the field of study is secondary; relevant professional experience is what matters most.


• Experience in the aviation or airport management environment.


• Confident use of CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
