Phoenix Talent Partners is exclusively representing a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning business seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its successful team.
This is a senior technical role working alongside experienced Financial Planners within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, supporting complex financial planning cases and exceptional client outcomes.
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of cases from inception through to completion, preparing complex suitability reports, undertaking detailed research and analysis, and providing technical input across investments, pensions, protection and tax planning.
You’ll also:
Work closely with Financial Planners on complex cases and strategy
Liaise directly with clients where required
Review and sign off junior paraplanning work
Coach and mentor junior team members
Contribute to process and workflow improvements
Maintain high regulatory and quality standards
Support the effective use of technology and financial planning systems
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner with:
Strong technical financial planning knowledge
Experience managing complex cases independently
Excellent research, analytical and report-writing skills
Strong understanding of FCA requirements and regulatory change
Confidence engaging with Advisers, clients and senior stakeholders
A collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset
The ability to mentor and support junior colleagues
