Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead user acquisition strategy engagements with mobile app customers while shaping internal product development and external thought leadership on growth best practices. You will bridge hands-on performance marketing expertise with scalable frameworks that help teams grow efficiently and profitably.
- Lead customer-facing user acquisition strategy sessions, including audits, channel evaluations, and growth planning for mobile apps
- Design and refine acquisition frameworks, including LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and budget optimization strategies
- Advise on scaling paid channels such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and programmatic networks
- Translate customer insights into structured feedback for product and engineering teams to improve growth tooling and reporting
- Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks to standardize best practices across user acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and advocacy teams to create educational content, webinars, and case studies on mobile growth
- Support internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support) in strengthening their understanding of UA strategies and metrics
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition and performance marketing, particularly within subscription-based app environments. You combine analytical rigor with strong communication skills and the ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders.
- 5–8+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, including managing significant paid media budgets for subscription apps
- Proven expertise in major acquisition channels such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, or programmatic platforms
- Strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks, including LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and payback calculations
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools
- Experience working with privacy-driven changes in mobile attribution and measurement ecosystems
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and present strategic recommendations
- Experience in remote, cross-functional, and async environments
